Emerald green rooms

pinterest

Not surprisingly, emerald green is Pantone Colour of the Year for 2013. I'm contemplating painting my room in this colour, but it might be a little intense. I've always been a fan of greens, including this garish shade. It doesn't have to be garish though, if used correctly. Perhaps I'll stick to using it in our cloakroom instead.

green indian rooms

One of my latest obsessions is green walls, especially the shade they use in India. They call it white-wash, even though it's green. I guess it would be a cooling colour to have in the hot summers.
